Do I have to stay connected to your servers?

No. NEURU activates once — after that it runs entirely on your network with no recurring heartbeat, no license file and no expiration. The only time it reaches out again is if you choose to use NEURU Flows (hosted AI), which is completely optional.

Does NEURU send my monitoring data to you?

No. The one-time activation carries only your license key, a machine fingerprint and the app version — nothing else. Your topology, metrics, logs and secrets never leave your network.

Is NEURU really free?

Yes — the entire platform is free and open source (AGPL-3.0, on GitHub). No product pricing, no subscriptions, no node limits, no expiration. The only thing we ever charge for is optional AI usage on our hosted AI (NEURU Flows) — and even that you can self-host on your own n8n with your own model keys, paying us nothing.
